We had a blast visiting Sun Dial Manor in Bristol. The residents enjoyed the songs and Reader’s Theater (Yellow Butter) we performed! I unfortunately forgot to take the Grandparents Day cards we made, but a teacher from Bristol was going to drop them off today after school! Watch for pictures in the newsletter and I’ll post them on this blog and my website tomorrow evening.

Don’t forget to complete 10 minutes of reading EACH night with your student. Today the students had a book in their Go Home folders (blue). Please read it with your child~the book coincides with what we are studying at school. Please do only ONE math problem per evening. Don’t forget to sign BOTH homework sheets.

Please remember to empty the Go  Home folders EVERY day. Sometimes there are important notes and information in the folders. Remove any papers from the folder so it is empty and ready for school the next day.

We are looking forward to a great week! We will be reading Sam and the Bag in our basal readers, learning about seasons in Science, and discovering patterns in Math.
